This Privacy Policy describes how Kenilworth International ("we," "us," or "our") handles information related to the DSMS Pilots mobile application (the "App"). This App is intended for exclusive use by authorized internal users of Kenilworth International and is not intended for public use.
The App does not collect any personal data from users. It is designed solely for managing internal operational activities.
The App facilitates the capture of data related to operational activities, in accordance with established company operational procedures. This data may include Pilots, use of agriculture inputs, field extents and data and time of operations, task data, completion status, equipment usage, etc. This operational data is used solely for internal business purposes and is handled according to Kenilworth International's internal data management policies.
Images : images uploaded in this application are strictly for the details of the nature of business (drone captured agriculture mission records, including farmland maps). There is absolutely no Application users' personal data or any other sensitive data being captured in any of the functions in the application. For instance, even the profile picture of the end users is being uploaded via an API endpoint exposed by another internal application, where the application users are pre-registered and authorized.
Access to the App is restricted to pre-registered internal users of Kenilworth International. User authentication is performed using one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to the user's registered official phone number. We do not store or retain user credentials beyond the authentication process.
We do not share any data collected or processed by the App with any third parties, except when required by law or legal process.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the operational data captured by the App from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include [List specific security measures, e.g., encryption, access controls, regular security audits, etc.].

While the App may be available for download on the Google Play Store, its use is strictly limited to authorized internal users of Kenilworth International. Any use of the App by unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited. This Privacy Policy is provided for compliance with Google Play Store requirements and does not grant any rights to individuals who are not authorized users of the App.
